What is Letterpress Ink Foil?

Multiple colour images can be produced with Letterpres Foil using multiple dies, different colours of foil and multiple press passes.

Can Letterpress Foil be combined with other printing processes?

Yes. Letterpress Foil does not have feathering issues like most metallic foils, there is no drying issues and the image is "impressed" into the paper surface. These characteristics allow a wide range of additional printing, finishing and enhancement processes to be used in conjunction with Letterpress Foil.

What colours are available?

We currently have 6 available; Light black, Grey, Blue, Green, Red and Yellow. There will be more being released in the near future. For a colour sample swatch click here Normally, metal flat foil stamping dies are used to simulate letterpress printed products.

Which stocks can you print onto?

We currently have a house stock we can print onto which is Dalton's Coaster Board 280gsm. For other stocks please enquire within or email us at info@digitalpress.com.au

How long does it take?

Typically from the time you receive your PDF proof we require 5 working days to have it ready to dispatch.

For all our letterpress printing we use Watermarx Graphics they are experts when it comes to letterpress.
